At IJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
